Life in the pits.

Recovery is the only word in my vocabulary as 24-9 took it out of me. The muscles won't release as I prep the superfly for this weekends WORS race. Stretch, eat, repeat.

This is inconceivable! I hope all my family and friends are ok.

luckily my son was at home along with his girlfriend yesterday when the bridge dropped, he works in downtown MPLS.....
hope the best for your relatives.
good luck this weekend but as we know from things such as this, there are other things more important than riding a bike.
also, thanks for getting my rear wheel to rotate a lot easier. :-)
